When I think of football tailgates in our house, I automatically think of Breakfast Sammy’s. There is nothing better than a warm and cheesy sandwich at an EARLY morning tailgate. These are super easy a cave man could do it (with the right supplies) and will with a doubt make you look like a tailgate professional.
What you need:
Grill
muffin tin
Meat (bacon, pork roll, ham and/or scrapple)
Egg beaters
English muffins, or your choice of bread
Cheese
Cooking spray
How to do it:
Spray muffin tins with the cooking spray
Pour egg beaters into muffin tins to fill 2/3rds of the cup
Cook on grill unti firm
Cook any and all meats for the sandwiches
Toast English muffins on the grill
Construct your dream sandwich
Load with cheese & ketchup as needed
Enjoy, and make neighboring tailgates jealous
